Heated field is being prepared at the Cherepovets stadium

In the city of chemists and metallurgists, the repair of the Cherepovets stadium continues. Workers are focused on preparing the football field and updating the spectator areas. This was told by the head of the city Andrei Nakroshaev.

Two new entrance groups are being installed. The field heating system is fully installed, tests are underway. Specialists lay geotextiles and rubble for a durable and smooth coating. From October 15, it is planned to start rolling out the football lawn.

Waterproofing is installed on the western tribune. New seats in the colors of the Russian flag were delivered. They're already installed.

The stadium is being updated in preparation for the 250th anniversary of Cherepovets and on the initiative of Governor Georgy Filimonov.
