The updated document includes Belarusian freestylers (Anna Guskova, Anastasia Andriyanova, Lyubov Pilipenko, Vladislav Wozniuk, Stepan Zelenko) and skiers (Maria Shkanova, Ivan Avdeev).

Athletes have retained the opportunity to perform in the international arena without national symbols. The procedure for obtaining neutral status had to be repeated, as its validity expired with the end of the Olympic season.

The list of neutral athletes from Belarus and Russia will be supplemented.
