Among the participants was an employee of the operational-duty shift of the Central Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Volgograd region Alexander Timofeev – a total of 800 people took part in the event.
The organizers have developed a route length of 6 km. The distance contained 25 obstacles. Athletes overcame fences, lifted loads and walked on rings. Also on the track were towers of tires and trench with a grid. Some stages tested the strength of the grip. Special handcrafts were used for this. The track ended with a springboard-tower and an obstacle "Everest".
In the GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Volgograd region noted that interest in such challenges is growing. The purpose of the competition is to popularize sports among the population.
