Athlete from NAO Sergey Ermolin won the gold of the Asian Championship

Athlete from the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Sergey Yermolin won gold at the Asian bench press championship. He competed in the weight category up to 66 kg in the discipline of “classic bench press”. The athlete of the Russian national team showed the result of 165 kg, ahead of the nearest opponent by 60 kg.

Sergey Ermolin is a master of sports of Russia in powerlifting, is a member of the national team, he has many victories and achievements. At the same time, once he came to the gym to train for himself: he wanted to become stronger and gain muscle mass.

Sport in Sergey’s life was always present: he was engaged in boxing, wrestling, as a student he was fond of gymnastics, as well as modern choreography. But it was powerlifting that pulled more than other species.
