Three representatives of Dagestan joined the Russian national team to participate in the world championship in freestyle wrestling among athletes under 23 years old.

The tournament will take place from October 16-18 in Las Vegas, USA.

The Republic at this prestigious start will be represented by Eldar Akhmadudinov in the weight category up to 65 kilograms, Said Saidulov in weight up to 79 kilograms and Mukhamed-Tahir Haniyev in the category up to 97 kilograms.

Dagestani wrestlers are traditionally among the strongest in the world, and their participation in the national team confirms the high level of the republican school of freestyle wrestling.
