Russian figure skater Alexander Trusova thanked Eteri Tutberidze for his support during the competition in China. The athlete admitted in social networks that the last starts were not easy for her.
"Thank you to all my coaches who did not leave me for a minute," Trusova wrote. She said she was less nervous when she was being talked to. Tutberidze and Sergey Dudakov were near her in China, and Daniil Gleikhenhaus was in touch from Moscow.
Separate words of gratitude she addressed to her husband Makar Ignatov, who supported her, despite their own competitions, as well as mother and son Misha.
In conclusion, Trusova thanked the fans for their support. She said she read the comments during the kick-offs and admitted she was particularly moved by the loud standing ovations in the stands and a plethora of toys.
Trusova took second place at the Grand Prix in China. The next start for her will be the Grand Prix stage in the American Everett from November 14 to 16. Three-time Russian champion Adelia Petrosyan will also perform at this tournament.
