Issues of table tennis development in Belarus in view of preparation for international tournaments discussed at NOC
The series of meetings on preparations for important international competitions and qualifications for the 2028 Olympic Games continued at the NOC of Belarus with a meeting with the national Olympic Committee.

The series of meetings on preparations for important international competitions and qualifications for the 2028 Olympic Games continued at the NOC of Belarus with a meeting with the national team and the coaching staff in table tennis. Participation in the event was attended by the Minister of Sports Sergey Kovalchuk, the head of the Olympic Movement Development Department of the NOC of Belarus Maxim Sinitsyn, the leadership of the federation on the sport and the leadership of the RCUP on tennis, the head and senior coaches of the national team and athletes, the press service of the NOC told sb.by.

In the format of an open dialogue, attention was paid to the preparations for the upcoming important tournaments: the European Championship 2026 in Slovenia, the qualifying competitions for the IV European Games in 2027 in Istanbul and the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
The importance of scientific and medical support of the training process with the maximum use of the experience and capabilities of the RSPC of sports was emphasized.
In addition, the meeting participants touched upon the international agenda and discussed topical issues of the development of children's and youth sports, training coaches and specialists in the form of sports. The NOC discussed the development of boxing, selection for the Olympics and medical support of athletes
