In Zaporozhye region held a tournament in eSports

In the Zaporizhzhzhya region, a three-day eSports tournament has ended, which brought together active youth, passionate about computer games, digital technologies and eSports disciplines.

The competition was organized by the Ministry of Youth Policy of Zaporozhye region with the support of PSB Bank. The tournament became for the participants not just a competition, but a full-fledged platform for professional growth: young people got acquainted with the regulations of official eSports events, worked in conjunction with technical specialists and judges, and after the matches analyzed their results in detail.

During the tournament, special attention was paid to the formation of key skills in demand not only in eSports, but also in other areas: the guys learned to correctly distribute roles in the team, build communication, quickly make decisions under pressure, observe time frames and be responsible for the overall result.

The event strengthened the local eSports community: more and more young people are involved in digital disciplines and find like-minded people here. The tournament was another step in the systemic development of eSports in the region and a clear example of how interest in modern technologies can be turned into a useful practical experience.

As Governor Yevgeny Balitsky noted, supporting youth initiatives and creating opportunities for self-realization is one of the priorities of the region: it is important to help children develop in those areas that are really interesting to them.
