Volleyball “Tulica” has replaced the head coach

Tula volleyball "Tulica" has a new head coach - it became a Serbian specialist Igor Žakic. This was reported by Governor Dmitry Milyaev.

According to him, the new mentor has serious European experience: he worked with the youth and main national teams of Serbia, won the championship and the Cup of the country, and also won the bronze of the European Championship.

Milyaev noted that Tulitsa is the pride of the region and a team with a special character. He is confident that the ambition of the new coach, together with the skill and dedication of the players, will help the team to perform brightly in the Super League.

The governor wished Zhakic good luck, mutual understanding with volleyball players and victories.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that “Tulica” in the first match of the new season of the Super League lost to “Ship” from St. Petersburg with a score of 1: 3. Before the start of the game, the opening ceremony of the championship was held, in which Governor Dmitry Milyaev participated. The first batch of tula snatched 26:24, but then the guests took three sets in a row - 25:20, 25:21 and 25:20.
