The government is thinking about changes in the document management system

The Ministry proposed to transfer to the Federal State Institution (FKU) "State Technologies" ("Gostec") the development and operation of the system through which the government apparatus conducts internal document management, coordinates documents with departments and controls the execution of instructions. Now these works under the contract with the ministry are actually performed by RTK-Digital Document Management LLC, which is part of the Rostelecom group, follows from the draft resolution and an explanatory note that Vedomosti got acquainted with.
