Minpromtorg determined the types of telecom equipment for technical collection on electronics
The Ministry of Industry and Trade specified the list of telecom equipment that can fall under the mechanism of technological collection (techscore) – a new mandatory non-tax payment to the federal budget. It applies to manufacturers and importers of electronics, electronic components and products with its content. The list includes base stations (BS), switching devices, routers and equipment for receiving, converting and transmitting or recovering data. This follows from the draft government decree, which was familiarized with “Vedomosti”.
