Permanent Representative Polyansky ruled out OSCE participation in conflict settlement in Ukraine

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is not a platform for discussing the conflict in Ukraine, said Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky.
“They are trying to test our flexibility. But the Vienna platform is not a platform for discussing the ways of the Ukrainian settlement, no one is creating a “second negotiating path” on these issues, the diplomat said in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
Polyansky added that the convictions of the European participants about the guaranteed participation of the OSCE are groundless. “This, to put it mildly, is absolutely not guaranteed, taking into account the track record of our organization ... while the Vienna platform is used by the European Union only to broadcast all-weather support for Ukraine,” he said.
