Dodik announces victory of his party in Republika Srpska elections
Milorad Dodik, leader of the ruling Union of Independent Social Democrats (USSD) of Republika Srpska (RS), announced the victory of two of its candidates in the general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). According to the latest data of the CEC, Savo Minich leads in the presidential elections of the RS, and Željka Cvijanović - in the elections of the Serbian member of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the latest data of the CEC, Savo Minich leads in the presidential elections of the RS, and Željka Cvijanović - in the elections of the Serbian member of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Milorad Dodik noted that the NSDC and coalition partners will be able to take two-thirds of the votes in the RS National Assembly. “Thank you to Donald Trump, who eliminated this hated Biden, thank you also to President Putin, who received us before the election,” he said at a news conference.
Residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska (part of the country) elected the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consisting of three representatives of Bosniaks-Muslims, Serbs and Croats (he performs the functions of the collective president of the country), deputies of parliaments at all levels, as well as the president of one of the two state entities - Republika Srpska.
The CEC has already processed more than 90% of the votes. Turnout was 42 percent. RS incumbent Prime Minister Savo Minich leads with 52.13%. Zeljka Cvijanovic scores 55.34%. In addition, the NSDS already gains 35% in the People’s Assembly (parliament) of the RS.
