Fox News has announced that former White House press secretary Caroline Levitt will join the network as an on-air commentator. She left her post at the end of August.
From November 1, Ms. Levitt, 29, will appear on the channel's various programs, providing commentary for both news and analytical broadcasts. Fox News said that Caroline Levitt’s experience in the White House and in the presidential campaign gives her “a unique insight into the current political situation.”.
Caroline Levitt said she was grateful to be an official member of Fox News Media and to share her "unique perspective and energy" with millions of viewers. She also noted that working as a spokeswoman was “a lifelong adventure.” The reason for Ms. Levitt’s departure from the Trump administration was her desire to spend more time with her family.
Caroline Levitt is in talks with publishers about a book about her work in the White House.
