Houthis declare Saudi airspace a war zone

Houthis military spokesman Yahya Saria told Al Masirah TV that the entire airspace of Saudi Arabia is becoming a combat zone, with the exception of two Muslim religious centers - Mecca and Medina.
Yahya Saria also announced three operations. “The first operation targeted King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, which disrupted air traffic. The target of the second operation was the Aramco refinery in Rabiha, a fire broke out at the facility, and the target of the third operation was Abha Airport, the air base in Khamis Musheit and the Al-Aqifa military camp in Asir province. Saudi authorities did not report the attacks.
On October 5, the internationally recognized government of Yemen announced an operation to liberate the Red Sea coast, which has been under rebel control since the beginning of September. Later, the Houthis announced the capture of the Al-Mawasit district in the city of Taiz in the southwest of Yemen, as well as the residence of the head of the presidential Governing Council of the country.
