Oman evacuates 10 injured tanker attacked in Strait of Hormuz

The Omani Air Force evacuated 10 crew members of the Panamanian-flagged On Peace tanker, which was attacked while attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. This was reported by Al Arabiya with reference to the statement of the armed forces of Oman.

The Omani Air Force evacuated 10 crew members of the Panamanian-flagged On Peace tanker, which was attacked while attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. This was reported by Al Arabiya with reference to the statement of the armed forces of Oman.

According to Omani authorities, the vessel was attacked nine nautical miles northeast of Musandam province and caught fire after shelling. The victims were airlifted to a hospital in Hasab.
