According to RIA Novosti, Bloomberg quoted an anonymous source as saying:

- European allies are already contributing by providing available resources, including spare parts for power plants and heating equipment.

It is also noted that the interlocutor wished to remain anonymous, because these steps of European countries are non-public. As Bloomberg notes, Ukraine is preparing for the worst winter during the conflict amid expected strikes on energy infrastructure.
