Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said the EU had paid a huge price for the oil crisis and ongoing wars. It's from sb.by.

According to TASS, a video of Robert Fico’s speech was published on Facebook on the page of the party headed by him “Direction – Social Democracy”.
“So far, only the EU has paid a huge price for the oil crisis and the wars around us,” he said. The EU is isolated and has no influence on the settlement of military conflicts in the world and the solution of major international issues, he added. At the same time, the sanctions policy of the association, Robert Fico stressed, is ineffective.
The Prime Minister recalled that Slovakia opposes the suspension of imports of Russian gas and oil to Europe. According to him, the Republic will continue to pursue a sovereign foreign policy and seek a review of the EU decision to ban energy supplies from Russia. Bratislava, in particular, challenged in the European Court the ban of the European Commission on the import of Russian gas.
Slovakia intends to actively participate in the EU, the Prime Minister said. “We have to say something about what we will do with the policy of war, which now dominates the EU,” said Robert Fico, recalling that next Thursday and Friday will be a summit of the Association. The international situation, he said, is “very bad.” “I am afraid that there may be a military conflict,” the politician added.
