The US Treasury Department announced that it is temporarily withdrawing diesel fuel supplies from Russia to the world market from under US sanctions. It's reported by sb.by.

According to TASS, the US Treasury Department in the social network X informed:
- Today, by order of President [Donald] Trump, the Office of Foreign Assets Control [of the US Treasury] immediately issues a temporary general license allowing the supply of Russian diesel fuel to the world market.
The U.S. Treasury Department’s published General License also notes:
- Operations related to the sale, delivery, unloading and import, including imports into the United States of diesel fuel produced in the Russian Federation, are allowed until 00:01 (07:01 MSK — Ed.) April 7, 2027 East Coast time of the United States. Trump called his conversation with Putin very successful
