The Russian Defense Ministry warned about the intensification of strikes on military facilities in Kiev after the attack of Moscow UAVs and missiles

The defense Ministry said that Kiev tried to disrupt the elections to the state Duma of the Russian Federation, making 19 and 20 September attempted a massive attack on the territory of the Russian Federation with the use of UAVs and cruise missiles “Flamingo”. Another missile deflected and fell in a deserted area.

At the same time, all launched Flamingo missiles were destroyed by Russian air defense systems on approach to civilian facilities in the Moscow region. “The attempted massive attack on Moscow has failed,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.

“In response to the attacks of the Kiev regime on civilian objects on the territory of Russia, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will continue and intensify strikes with high-precision weapons on military facilities in Kiev,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
