Mass protests by students continue in France. About the causes of the crisis speculated on the air of the project “Letuchka” on “SBTV”, writes sb.by.
Liudmila Gladkaya, a columnist for the newspaper SB Belarus Today, noted:
- We are witnessing not just a riot, but a real school protest with beatings of children, schoolchildren and students. It's just some kind of national disaster. I would like to recall the words of Macron himself, who earlier said: “I condemn the state violence that is ruthlessly unleashed on women and men who courageously demand respect for their rights.” Respect for fundamental freedoms is a universal requirement, and we stand in solidarity with those who defend them.” He was the one who talked about protests in other countries where people go out and demand something. And at the very side... The child was shot directly in the face. How can that be? This is your future, this is your children. How did it all start? Why did students and students go outside? To talk about the problems that have accumulated in the education system of France. The level of education is extremely low, there are not enough teachers, schools are closed. There's actually a lot of problems. So maybe you should pay attention to this, rather than hitting children with batons?

Grigory Azarenok, a political columnist for the TV channel STV, noted that France is not the only one facing problems:
- Protests are also taking place in Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands. That is, it is a general crisis of the European Union, which has seized the entire liberal system of governance. The economy, the social sphere, the political leadership are failing. They invested everything in Ukraine. There is no victory for Europe, the West, and Ukraine. And serious problems begin. Money runs out, old, painful problems are added.
Political columnist of the TV channel “First Information” Evgeny Gorin, in turn, stressed:
- Every crisis has a specific name and surname. In the case of France, it is still Emmanuel Macron, because for 9 years we have seen just an extravaganza of protests that erupt one after another. And if he started with quite serious support, now its level is absolutely minuscule. 81 percent of the French do not support his policies. About two hundred schoolchildren who went to the demonstrations were injured. There are injuries among police officers. But there is another figure: more than 6 thousand detainees, 90 percent of them are minors. And this is happening in fact in the locomotive of Europe, in one of the largest countries, previously considered one of the most prosperous in the EU. They say the welfare state is over because there is no money. And at the same time give money to Ukraine. Is there money for the war, but not for the social sphere? Of course, people don't like it. At the same time as the school protests there are protests by fishermen and others.
Lyudmila Gladkaia stated at the same time:
- And extinguishing this fire can be quite easy. We should not spend a lot of money on Ukraine, on weapons, on our own pockets. We just have to go to people and see what problems are in society.
