The Russian government in pursuance of the agreements of the Presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States Vladimir Putin and Donald trump partially lifted the ban on the export of diesel fuel from Russia. The decision comes into force on October 10 and will allow at this stage to send 500,000 tons to the world market. It's reported by sb.by.

According to TASS, the Cabinet informed:
- The government decided to partially lift the ban on the export of diesel fuel from Russia. The decision was made pursuant to the agreements of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the President of the United States of America Donald Trump. It comes into force on October 10 and will allow at this stage to send 500,000 tons of diesel fuel to the world market.
In pursuance of the decision, Russian oil companies, in coordination with the government, will immediately begin contracting diesel fuel supplies with foreign counterparties.
On October 9, the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States held a telephone conversation, during which they discussed the supply of petroleum products. According to him, the Russian side confirmed its readiness to supply oil and oil products to the American and world markets. According to Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, Russia begins to lift the ban on the export of diesel fuel earlier than planned, is ready to deliver in October 300 thousand tons of diesel, in November to increase them to 500 thousand tons, in December to 1 million tons, and in the future to bring supplies to 3 million tons per month. The administration of the United States withdraws from under American sanctions the supply of Russian diesel fuel to world markets until April 7, 2027.
