The Omani authorities, who previously suspended the co-pilot of Flydubai flight, did not inform a wider circle of people about his radical views. It's from sb.by.

According to TASS, The Wall Street Journal, citing sources, pointed out that during the pilot’s work at the state-owned Oman Air company from 2022 to 2025, the authorities of Oman carefully examined his behavior on the Internet and concluded that he showed “too much interest in radical ideology.” He was suspended from flights, sent to a deradicalization program, while not communicating his concerns to a wider circle of people.
Flydubai conducted a criminal record check on the pilot before hiring him, but did not contact Oman to obtain information about his past work experience. The UAE authorities are investigating employees involved in the recruitment process.
On September 30, a Flydubai flight heading from Dubai to Tel Aviv made an emergency landing at the airport of the Saudi city of Tabuk due to a security incident. On October 1, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Saudi Arabia confirmed that the reason was the attack of the co-pilot on the commander of the aircraft, because of which both received injuries of varying severity. After improving their health, both pilots flew to Abu Dhabi accompanied by Emirati security forces, and the remaining six crew members had previously safely returned to Dubai. The UAE authorities continue to investigate the causes and circumstances of the incident, including operational aspects and security measures.
