The founder and president of the group of companies “EkoNiva” Stefan Durr told Radio RBC that during a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the forum “Business Russia” worried, but the head of state treated him well.
“Yes, I can see I was worried, but you can also see that the president was nice.” Well, that still the topic of agriculture is close to him, the entrepreneur shared.
At the forum, during a conversation with Durr, Putin recalled that he was given cheese produced at his factory and recommended that those present buy his products. The German businessman noted that the praise of the president is pleasant, but this does not mean that the products that the head of state appreciated will be sold "by themselves.".
“You have to work anyway. It's, yes, it's very nice when the president praises the product you make. After all, cheese is not only milk, you put your soul there. It will not be sold and will not be produced. It’s a big job that needs to be done every day, Durr said.
Putin took part in the forum “Business Russia” via video link. During the conversation, he discussed a number of topical issues with business representatives and government members, including attracting long-term money, launching a new investment cycle and developing the stock market.
