FTS asked to declare bankrupt the holding “APH ECO-culture”
The applicant for bankruptcy is the interdistrict inspection of the Federal Tax Service in the Saratov region No. 20. Judging by the case file, the requirements of the tax authority to the company exceed 148 million rubles
The Arbitration Court of the Stavropol Territory on October 12 adopted an application for bankruptcy of the agricultural holding LLC "APH ECO-Culture" Alexander Rudakov, follows from the file file of arbitration cases.
The applicant for bankruptcy is the interdistrict inspection of the Federal Tax Service in the Saratov region No. 20. Judging by the case file, the requirements of the tax authority to the company exceed 148 million rubles.
According to the data posted on the portal “Fedresurs”, the application was filed on October 9.
LLC "APH ECO-Culture" is the largest producer and investor in the vegetable growing of protected soil and an expert in the greenhouse industry in Russia, according to the website of the agricultural holding. The company unites 13 greenhouse complexes with a total area of about 580 hectares in eight regions.
The founder and president of the holding is Alexander Rudakov.
BIRCH lawyer Leonid Khodasevich in an interview with Kommersant said that, most likely, the appeal of the Federal Tax Service was filed as part of the collection of debt to the budget. A similar position is expressed by the head of the department for working with assets of liquidated credit institutions “Jurenergoconsult” Eduard Sharko. According to him, the appeal of the tax authority indicates the presence of debts that could not be recovered in the usual manner.
Khodasevich notes that the tax authority in a bankruptcy case has a number of advantages established by law. According to lawyer Nino Bardzemishvili, a significant part of the bankruptcy applications of the Federal Tax Service in respect of large businesses ultimately end in settling the debt.
According to Tamara Reshetnikova, General Director of Growth Technologies, financial difficulties are now characteristic of the entire agro-industrial complex. At the same time, she notes that the situation of Eco-Culture may be more difficult than that of a number of other greenhouse holdings due to the high credit load.
In April, Rudakov on the air of RBC TV South said that the company, together with the Stavropol State Agrarian University, is developing a software and hardware complex, "which has no analogues in the world." “We teach AI all our climatic and agronomic nuances, so that later it predicts how to deal with a particular virus in automatic mode, predicts the yield of the harvest,” he said.
RBC sent a request to LLC "APH ECO-culture" and asked for a comment in the press service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
