A public statement by T-Technologies about its intention to make an offer to the shareholders of Tsian to acquire up to 100% of the company’s shares – as long as this is the intention of one of the parties, no official offer has been received. About this RBC reported in the press service of “Ciana”.

The T-Tech initiative is one possible mechanism for buying a company, but does not in itself mean a deal. No decisions have been made. The Board of Directors and shareholders will consider this proposal within the allotted timeframe, immediately after its official receipt.

Tsian saw T-Tech’s intentions as a recognition of “market leadership, high value and technology of our platform.”.
