For Konshinskaya almshouse in Serpukhov defined the boundaries and mode of use
Main Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Moscow region approved the boundaries of the territory and the mode of use of the Konshinsky almshouse on Pushkin Street in Serpukhov

Now any work on the territory of the object - restoration of lost buildings, preservation of historical planning, landscaping and landscaping, sanitary and health and medical measures, laying and repair of utilities - should be carried out exclusively on specially developed projects agreed with the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage. There are also strict bans on individual activities at the facility.
The Konshin almshouse is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance. The initiator of the creation of the hospital-wealth complex was Alexandra Ivanovna Konshina, the widow of the owner of the paper roller-sitzenabivny factory "New Myza". According to her will, drawn up in 1914, the construction of the ensemble began.
The first stone was laid on June 27, 1915 in the presence of Metropolitan Makariy of Moscow and the city authorities. The author of the project in the neo-Russian style was the famous master of sanatorium and public buildings Ivan Kuznetsov. By 1916, construction was largely completed: 60 former workers lived in the almshouse, and the hospital accepted patients.
After the revolution of 1917, the almost completed ensemble was converted into a colony for street children. In 1939, the territory together with the neighboring Novotaka factory was transferred to the Serpukhov Motorcycle Plant.
Initially, the complex was built according to a single urban planning plan, which ensured the stylistic unity of all buildings. However, in the Soviet period, part of the historical buildings was added, the temple space was divided into several floors to accommodate workshops, and new production buildings grew on the territory.
The ensemble of the object of cultural heritage of regional significance includes the house of post, the building "House", the building "Wall", the hospital building, the economic building and the cathedral of St. Seraphim of Sarov with a strange house.
