Evgenia Rastyaeva represents NAO at seminar in Moscow

The All-Russian seminar on the formation of the register of objects of intangible ethno-cultural heritage is attended by Evgenia Nikolaevna Rastyaeva, a leading specialist of the NAO ECC.

70 specialists from all over Russia from October 12 to 14 met with specialists of the Polenov State Research Institute and scientists - members of the expert council on the formation of the intangible ethno-cultural heritage - to discuss the implementation of Federal Law No. 402-FZ and the formation of the federal register of ONED.

The seminar participants discuss theoretical and practical aspects of this work, share experiences, including regional ones, and present successful cases. Within the framework of the seminar, round tables were held on the issues of processing applications and ONED passports.

In order to improve the professional competencies of the specialists of the NAO ECC, it is important to participate in such a significant event, since the institution is relatively recently engaged in the implementation of this direction. If the expeditionary activity of the institution carries out more than 15 years, the work on the creation and filling of the regional register of objects of intangible cultural heritage of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Fund of folklore and ethnographic materials of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug began only in 2024.
