The Festival of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God united Voronezh and Belgorod artists

In the village of Trostenets, Novooskol district of the Belgorod region, the XVIII inter-municipal festival “Pokrovskie Guests” was held, dedicated to the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God. The event organized folk games for youth and the older generation, exhibitions of masters and fair festivities.

Guests of the festival were shown authentic outfits of the past centuries. Teams from Belgorod, Gubkin, Krasnogvardeysk and Novooskol districts and the Voronezh region performed on the stage.

The head of the Novooskol district Andrey Miskov thanked the residents of the village of Trostenets for their hospitality, and the festival participants for the preservation of cultural heritage. He noted the work of the organizers of the event, who created a unique atmosphere.
