Concert "Star chanson" gathered thousands of fans of soulful songs in Minsk

From 15 to 17 October in Minsk is held “Soul Festival”. As part of the event, the concert “Star Chanson” was held at the Sports Palace. Thousands of people filled the arena to see famous Belarusian and Russian artists. At the press conference, the organizers shared details of the preparation of the creative event and the festival as a whole.

- This is a team of professionals who work for the third year in a row. I would like to express my gratitude to the Minsk City Executive Committee and the Ministry of Culture for their support and comprehensive assistance. Thanks to our information partners – this year it is the ONT channel and Soul Radio – it is possible to cover the event widely and massively. We want the audience to enjoy the concerts and enjoy it.

Deputy Head of the Culture Department of the Minsk City Executive Committee Svetlana Silich noted:

Soul Festival is a bright and colorful cultural event in the life of our city, the capital. Unique and that contributes to the popularization of the creativity of artists from the people who are fighting for victory in the competition of folk performing arts “People’s Soul”. It took place on October 15. The winner of the Grand Prix receives a cash prize and the right to perform in the final concert of the festival. This year it is a vocal team "Veleja" from the city of Vileika.

Russian artist Yaroslav Sumishevsky confessed his love for Belarus, and is often here and glad to be able to take the stage of the Sports Palace:

- I picked up my best songs today. This is what I often perform at concerts in Russia and Belarus. I like your country, it is a favorite country to tour. I like it when people are dancing and acting. There's a very warm, soulful audience here.
