Pilgrims from Moscow visited the monastery Serpukhov

Pilgrims with reverence attached to the shrines of the monastery. During the tour, they learned the story of the heavenly patrons of the monastery, including the Great Martyr George the Victorious, the Martyr John the Warrior and the faithful prince Dimitri Uglichsky.

A great impression on the guests was made by the monastery museum, where rare and unique church items are collected. The tour allowed pilgrims not only to venerate the shrines, but also to get acquainted with the spiritual and historical heritage of the monastery.

Such meetings contribute to the preservation of the memory of shrines and the history of the monastery, as well as acquaint guests with the traditions of church life. The volunteer service of Marina Shtyrkova helps to make such pilgrimages more meaningful and accessible.
