Marta Dudkina, a student of the Penza College of Arts, became a finalist of the All-Russian project “First Student” of the First Movement. She successfully passed the qualifying tests and won in the semifinals. Now the girl will take part in the final stage, which will be held from 16 to 20 November in St. Petersburg.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Penza region, the regional stage of the project took place in Penza. Participants had to talk about their activities in educational institutions, share their experience of working with young people and demonstrate skills in the field of mentoring and professional development.
The competition included correspondence and face-to-face stages. During the training, students also took part in master classes on oratory and the use of neural networks.
The expert commission evaluated speeches in two directions – “Career” and “Mentorship”. The presentation of Martha Dudkina consisted of four thematic blocks: “I and my future”, “I and others”, “I and the team” and a section dedicated to the transfer of experience.
In the next five years, she plans to become a professional event organizer, able to unite people and embody creative ideas.
A special place in the activities of the girl is mentoring. Previously, she worked as a mentor in the “Eagle of Russia” movement, participated in the profile shift “Professional Starts” in the “Orlyonok” camp, and also hosted a special training video contest organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
One of Marta’s initiatives was the project “Theatre and the Internet: not instead, but together”. His idea is to create theater productions on the Zoom platform, so you can participate in creative activities remotely.
The project interested theater studios, teenagers, not previously familiar with the stage art, as well as children with disabilities.
The initiative is being implemented for the third year in the cities where Rosatom is present. Over the past year, the distance format has acquired special importance for children’s creative teams in the border regions, where it allows them to continue their studies in theatrical art.
The All-Russian project “First Student” was launched in the spring of 2026. It is designed for college and university students aged 15 to 25 and aims to develop professional skills, social design, student self-government and mentoring.
Participants have the opportunity to enter the personnel reserve of active students and join the community "Students of the First".
The final of the project will be held in full-time format from 16 to 20 November in St. Petersburg.
