Unique book monument from the collection of the Museum Association of NAO sent for restoration

In the life of a unique book monument from the collection of the Museum Association of NAO begins a new, important chapter. Restoration work began to restore the Prologue of the XVII century.

This project became possible thanks to the victory of the museum in the All-Russian contest “Beauty Inside”. And the very revival of the relic was entrusted to the specialists of the Center for Conservation and Restoration of Documents of the All-Russian State Library of Foreign Literature named after M.I. Rudomino.

The restorers have already begun preliminary research and careful selection of duplicate materials. There is a lot of hard work ahead:
