At the Seto exhibition. Unique jewelry. Traditional clothing" in Izborsk you can see the Seto line - towel headdress of the Seto people. It has been preserved as part of a complex headdress in the traditional costume of married Seto women, the press service of the museum told MK in Pskov.

Headdress is an important component of traditional women’s costume. One of the most ancient were towel-type hats: in expanded form, they were an elongated rectangle of fabric, most often a thin canvas, resembling a towel in shape.

The exhibition project of the State Museum-Reserve “Izborsk” and the Russian Ethnographic Museum is dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.
