In Sochi celebrated 330 years of the Kuban Cossack army on the square in the city center

In Sochi, on the square in the center of the resort, a solemn event was held dedicated to the 330th anniversary of the formation of the Kuban Cossack army. 730 people participated in the construction of district Cossack societies, the resort administration reported.

Almost 200 Cossacks regularly help to protect public order. Many of them also participated in a special military operation. For feats during the SVO, two Sochi Cossacks received the Order of Courage, another - the medal "For Courage".

The most active representatives of the Cossacks, members of squads and participants of the movement to revive traditions were presented with signs of honor and gratitude.

The Cossacks continue the traditions of their ancestors, participate in law enforcement, help in the patriotic education of young people and preserve cultural and spiritual values.
