The full start of Navai’s solo career (until 2025, the musician together with Alexander Gromov performed in the duo HammAli & Navai) is accompanied by a spectacular scandalous flair. In May of this year, Navai (according to the passport of Navai Bakirov) failed to manage Ferrari and completely destroyed traffic lights and curbs on Novinsky Boulevard in Moscow. Fortunately, only the city property suffered, all compensation was eventually paid and no one had any claims left.

The claims of the Kazakh authorities are more serious. Smuggling of prohibited substances in the amount of two and a half grams, some of which, according to some reports, has already been used by the artist for personal purposes and for its intended purpose. According to the court decision, arrest was chosen as a preventive measure, which, of course, did not please the organizers of the Navai concert in Astana. Most pity the ordinary audience, which, according to local media, do not want to return the money for tickets, offering to postpone the concert date.

According to the laws of Kazakhstan, the punishment for drug smuggling can be imprisonment or a fine of about four million rubles. There are some reasons to believe that the attorneys of the artist will achieve fines. Given the fact that the level of demand for Navai allows the artist to gather several thousand people for concerts, four million is not the most critical figure for his economy.

In an altered state, the rapper successfully turned the life of both the family and the team that worked with him into a real nightmare.

At the moment, both Navai and Jigan pay for their rash actions with career pauses. For Navai, it will probably not be long. Sales for upcoming concerts have been suspended, but none have been cancelled. Apparently, the artist promoters hope that after paying the fine, Navai will be released and continue the tour of the arenas.

In Jigan's case, the rapper's freedom isn't particularly restricted. According to rumors, the rules of the rehab, where the scandalist is located - very liberal and paid for not cheap rehabilitation I have a chance to leave the institution for a while. However, reputational risks (very few are ready to take the side of the rapper) do not allow you to plan performances. The duration of such leave at your own expense may vary. But in this industry, the bad things are quickly forgotten.

There is some sad irony in the fact that everyone likes a bad rapper more than an artist is pleasant in every way. Bad manners and weed combined with hip-hop have long become one of the clichés of popular culture, and the specific relationship with the law – part of the charisma of the brave rapper. In Russia, there are times when it is better for an artist to be quieter views, below the grass, but still there are daredevils whose recklessness sometimes feeds secular and criminal chroniclers well.
