Volgograd region catering turnover reached 42.6 billion rubles

The turnover of public catering in the Volgograd region in January-August 2026 reached 42.6 billion rubles. This is 12.4% more than in the same period of 2025.

According to Volgogradstat, the bulk of the turnover was formed by small businesses and self-employed – 68%, or 29 billion rubles. Large and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 32%, which corresponds to 13.6 billion rubles.

In the total turnover of public catering of the Southern Federal District, the Volgograd region accounts for 12.3%.
