In Dagestan returned to municipal ownership of a large plot

The Kizlyar Prosecutor’s Office has secured the return to municipal ownership of a land plot with an area of more than 9 thousand square meters. This is reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Dagestan.

The supervisory authority established that a local resident, using a fictitious document, registered the ownership of a land plot related to municipal property.

In the criminal case of illegal alienation of the site, a conviction was earlier handed down.

The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the Kizlyarsky District Court, but the claims were denied. The Office made an appeal, and the Supreme Court of Dagestan overturned the decision of the first instance, satisfying the claim of the Prosecutor’s Office in full.

The property has now been returned to municipal ownership.
