15-year-old driver overturned Lada with four teenagers

In Stavropol, four teenagers were seriously injured in an accident. The accident occurred the day before at about 17:30 on the 44th kilometer of the highway Achikulak - Mahmud-Mekteb - Tukuy-Mekteb. This was reported in the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

A 15-year-old boy was driving the Lada Kalina. He had no right to drive the car. The guy failed to manage, the car drove into a ditch and overturned.

In the cabin were three more passengers - 14, 15 and 16 years. None of them were wearing seat belts. As a result, all four suffered serious injuries and were hospitalized.

On the fact of the incident against the parents of the young driver collected administrative material. They will be punished for the transfer of transport management, as well as for failure to fulfill their duties to educate minors. The materials will be sent to the commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights.
