In the Navlinsky district of the Bryansk region, police completed an investigation into the criminal case of stealing money from the bank account of a 66-year-old local resident. The defendant is a 23-year-old Unechi resident who found the man's lost phone.
The victim turned to the police after he restored the SIM card and found two unknown transfers totaling 25 thousand rubles.
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Navlinsky” found that the woman picked up the phone on the street, moved his SIM card into his device and with the help of SMS transferred the money to his own account.
The woman was charged. The damage to the victim is fully compensated. The criminal case has been sent to court.
