The bailiffs forcibly brought to court a 50-year-old resident of Abakan, accused of threatening murder under part 1 of article 119 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, the press service of the FSSP for RH reports.
The citizen committed the crime in Sayanogorsk, where the criminal case was considered. However, the accused did not come to the hearing without good reason. The court ordered the forced entry of the man.
Employees of the department began the search for the violator with a check of his place of residence, but he was not at home. Then the bailiffs found out that the Abakan is fond of gambling, predicts events and makes bets in attempts to earn money.
The search has narrowed. The citizen was found near the Abakan Central Market in a bookmaker's office. The offender could not predict the appearance of employees in the form, so he was forcibly taken to court.
Earlier we wrote that the Abakanka hid in the closet from bailiffs and million-dollar alimony debt.
