A resident of Elista had to return more than half a million rubles of debt after bailiffs applied harsh measures to her.

The story began with a loan agreement that the debtor did not fulfill on time. The court sided with the creditor, but the decision remained unfulfilled for a long time. The woman hid from bailiffs, did not open the doors and ignored notifications. As measures of influence, she was arrested on accounts, a ban on registration of real estate and restrictions on leaving the country.

The situation was reversed only after the bailiff found the debtor personally. During the conversation, the woman was arrested smartphone, and she was threatened with more severe measures. As a result, the citizen fully repaid the main debt - more than 500 thousand rubles, and paid an executive fee of more than 35 thousand.
