Astrakhan repaid alimony debt of 1.5 million rubles after 80 hours of work
the 37-year-old father was in no hurry to participate in the maintenance of his son and daughter.

According to the FSSP of Russia in the Astrakhan region, the man was not officially employed, and at first glance there were no obvious sources of income, which could be levied. However, the absence of official work does not relieve a parent from the obligation to support children.
The bailiff-executor made requests to credit institutions and registration authorities. Gradually, the range of possibilities of the debtor narrowed: his settlement accounts were foreclosed, a ban on registration actions was imposed on the owned car, travel outside the Russian Federation was limited, and also vehicles were temporarily banned. But these measures did not bring results either.
In respect of Astrakhan, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The court found him guilty and ordered 80 hours of mandatory work. After serving his sentence, the man closed his obligations to his 11-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son, paying off a debt of 1.5 million rubles.
