A pensioner from the Leninsky district became a victim of fraudsters, trying to “declar” savings, and lost almost a million rubles.

According to police, the 89-year-old man made a statement to the police department of the Leninsky district. He said that unknown persons under the pretext of declaring funds deceived him to withdraw his personal savings. Within two days, the pensioner cashed money in the bank, after which he transferred 925,000 rubles to an unidentified courier.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact.
