Bastrykin demanded a report on blocked access to the pond in Polibino, Lipetsk region

Residents of the village of Polibino in the Lipetsk region complained about the entrepreneur, who, according to them, limited access to the public pond. Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report on the inspection on this appeal.

According to the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia, residents spoke about the situation on social networks. According to them, they have been improving the pond for several years and maintaining it in order, but now they can not go to the pond and rest by the water. Appeals to the competent authorities, the applicants argue, did not help solve the problem.

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Lipetsk region organized a procedural audit. Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department Evgeny Shapovalov to report on its progress and the arguments of residents.
