On this fact, the SU IC of Russia in the Omsk region is investigating a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department to submit to the central office a report on the progress of the investigation and the established circumstances.
