Festival of electronic music "White". The Snow Queen in the St. Petersburg Ice Palace attracted the attention of not only fans of dance music, but also drug police. As a result of the raid, 18 people were sent for medical examination due to suspicions of drug intoxication. This was reported in the GU MIA of Russia in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.
The inspection in the concert complex of the Nevsky district was carried out by employees of the Department for Drug Control in conjunction with the district police, cynologists, SOBR and riot police. Another six visitors were taken to the police department for violating public order. Administrative protocols were drawn up for them. The decision to hold others accountable will be made after receiving the results of chemical and toxicological studies.
The organizer of the festival is LLC "Record PRO", the general director of which since February 2009 is Lyudmila Kolchugina. Among the founders of the company are also Alexander Uneshkin and Andrei Reznikov. Each owns 33.33% of the authorized capital. According to Rusprofile, in 2025, the organizer’s revenue reached 1.94 billion rubles, which provided the company with the third place in St. Petersburg among organizations working in the field of art and entertainment. At the same time, LLC "Record Pro" acts as a defendant in one arbitration case in the amount of 27 million rubles.
The Ice Palace itself is headed by Vladislav Prodan, who has held the post of General Director since March 2023. Against the background of the police raid, the question remains how the security of the event was organized and whether security officers could notice signs of possible drug intoxication in visitors even before the intervention of law enforcement officers. At the same time, the fact of sending for examination does not mean that the use of prohibited substances has already been proven.
