An 18-year-old resident of the Alekseevsky district of the Belgorod region will appear in court for comments online. He is accused under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public justification of terrorism”) and Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Public calls for extremist activity”).
According to investigators, the guy in October and December 2025 wrote comments in a public messenger, where he justified the terror and actions of extremist organizations.
Illegal actions were stopped by law enforcement officers. The criminal case was sent to the 2-West District Military Court.
We will remind, Belgorod was convicted of treason and participation in a terrorist organization.
