More than 7 thousand traffic violations recorded in the Lipetsk region per day

Seven thousand two hundred and forty. This is how many violations of the traffic rules were recorded by auto inspectors on the roads of the Lipetsk region. Such figures for October 20 leads the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

Six drivers allowed themselves to drive in a state of intoxication. For this they were brought to administrative responsibility. The same penalty was imposed on 424 people who did not wear seat belts.

Thanks to automatic video recording systems, 6,882 cases were recorded when drivers exceeded the speed allowed by the rules, drove to the oncoming lane, drove to the prohibiting traffic light signal, used the phone while driving. Another 120 violations were detected using mobile complexes on patrol transport.
