A riotous resident of Tver wounded a man with a knife and locked himself in an apartment

In Tver, patrol officers detained a 42-year-old man from a house on Fadeev Street after a call from a 25-year-old citizen. According to the applicant, he and a friend tried to enter the entrance when they were prevented by an aggressive neighbor. During a verbal skirmish, an attacker of hooligan motives wounded a young man in the cheek with a knife-like object.

The victim needed medical attention – he was hospitalized. The suspect himself locked himself in an apartment on the ninth floor, the PPS had to take him out. The man was taken to the police department, a criminal case was initiated against him under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism) - the sanction of the article provides for up to seven years of imprisonment.

The police establish all the circumstances of the incident and the degree of damage caused. The suspect was placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Art. 91, 92 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
